By accessing or using Tinkoh, you agree to be bound by these Terms.If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not use the app.1. Eligibility

- Reside in a region where participation in games for cash is legally allowed.
- Have access to a valid phone number and bank account for cash pay-outs.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these criteria.2. Account Registration

- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
- Be responsible for all activities under your account.
3. Using the App
Tinkoh allows you to:- Play brain-stimulating quiz games across multiple categories.
- Win instant cash prizes for free or through premium participation.
- Climb leaderboards and qualify for exclusive game shows.
You agree not to:- Cheat, use bots, or manipulate the app in any way.
- Impersonate others or submit false data.
- Engage in harassment, hate speech, or fraudulent activity.
Violation may lead to temporary or permanent suspension of your account.4. Premium Features
We offer a Premium Plan that unlocks:- Qualifying for live game shows
- No ads on page
- Unlimited games monthly
- Can play and win cash prizes in sponsored games
The Premium Plan is currently priced at ₦3,000/month. Fees are non-refundable once payment is made, unless required by law.5. Cash Rewards & Pay-outs
You can earn real cash prizes by participating in eligible games and challenges. To withdraw:- Submit valid bank details via the app.
- Await payment processing within 3–5 business days.
We reserve the right to withhold or cancel pay-outs if we suspect foul play or account misuse.6. Intellectual Property
All content on Tinkoh — including questions, logos, design, and code — is the property of Tinkoh. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without permission.7. Privacy
Your use of Tinkoh is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:- Violate any part of these Terms.
- Engage in fraudulent or harmful behaviour.
- Attempt to exploit app mechanics.
Termination may result in loss of access to winnings or Premium privileges.9. Limitation of Liability
Tinkoh is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee:- Continuous availability or error-free service always.
To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, Tinkoh is not liable for:- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Losses due to technical failure, user error, or unauthorized access.
10. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. If changes are significant, we’ll notify you in-app or via email. Your continued use of Tinkoh means you accept the updated Terms.11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
